Yes. We sign a mutual NDA on every order that involves proprietary customer IP. You can send us your NDA or use our standard template. Either way, the paperwork is signed before any file upload happens.
We print prototype and pre-market components for medical device development. We do not produce commercial implants or any part intended for direct patient contact beyond a single-use guide. Final regulatory clearance is the customer's responsibility — see our Terms of Service.
We support AS9100 suppliers by providing the documentation they need to include our parts in their own certification. We are not AS9100 certified ourselves, and we do not print flight-critical parts. Cabin interior and ground support equipment is where our aerospace work lives.
