Absolutely. We sign NDAs on every order that involves proprietary customer IP. Send yours before uploading files and we will return a counter-signed copy within one business day.
We reprint it at no cost and ship it on our dime. If a batch consistently misses tolerance, we refund the failed units and review the print parameters with you before running anything else.
Your files never leave our shop. They are stored on encrypted local storage, not in the cloud, and permanently deleted 90 days after your last order unless you ask us to keep them. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
